Over the past couple of years, due to the Covid Pandemic, we at businessgateways (BGI) have been fully supporting the JSRS community using online platforms. However, considering the current back-to-business environment, BGI is now very keen to ‘meet and greet’ our Omani JSRS Suppliers since our office in Muscat is fully open to visit and interact regarding JSRS.
To further extend our support and assistance to all JSRS Suppliers in the Sultanate of Oman and the UAE, BGI is now aiming to reach out to distant business communities by organising physical roadshows in various cities. The Event named ‘Meet-JSRS-ملتقى’, would have the BGI-JSRS Team holding special in-person support sessions at various cities in Oman and the UAE so that existing JSRS Certified Suppliers & Suppliers wanting to be JSRS Certified in those regions, can conveniently meet with us and interact on the concerns and clarifications regarding JSRS and better manage their JSRS Certification compliance requirements.

As per the Oman Ministry of Energy and Minerals directive, Oil & Gas Industry Suppliers are mandatorily required to hold a valid JSRS Certification to stay compliant and be able to participate in Bids and receive Contract awards from all Oil & Gas Operators in Oman.
With Meet-JSRS-ملتقى, we welcome interested Omani SME & LCC Companies who can potentially offer their Products & Services to serve the requirement of SME & LCC Obligations for JSRS Buyers & Contractors who are committed to Oman’s In-Country Value (ICV) initiatives.
These sessions are supported by the Oman Ministry of Energy and Minerals, Oman Chamber of Commerce & Industry, RIYADA and will be held in partnership with JSRS Stakeholders (Oil & Gas Operators and other Governmental Stakeholders) who may also be presenting during these sessions at select locations.
BGI welcomes the existing Suppliers of the JSRS Certified Suppliers Network (JSRS CSN) and new Suppliers wanting to be compliant with the requirements in Oman’s Oil & Gas Industry, to avail of this unique opportunity and participate in Meet-JSRS-ملتقى and further strengthen your understanding and utilization of JSRS.
