A valid JSRS Certificate is mandatory for SMEs to receive ICV Obligations and participate in respective eTendering events.
The JSRS Certificate also enables SMEs with exhaustive B2B Opportunities, in addition to visibility of their company to Operators, Buyers and Contractors for procurement opportunities.
