businessgateways conducts 2-day workshop for SEZAD’s Contractors & Suppliers in association with SEZAD. During the workshop, SEZAD emphasized support to Omani Companies by ensuring Main Contractors utilize SEZAD’s e-Tendering System on JSRS and follow the transparent process for dispersion of Obligation Contracts by giving equal opportunity to all Omani SMEs registered on SEZAD’s supplier pool.
The Special Economic Development Zone of Duqm (SEZAD), had earlier this year launched the SEZAD e-Tendering System on the Joint Supplier Registration System (JSRS), the Sultanate’s prominent online supplier certification and e-procurement platform, hosted on www.businessgateways.com.
During the launch of the SEZAD eTendering System, SEZAD had directed its Main Contractors to utilize the SEZAD eTendering system to disperse its contracts to Omani SMEs and LCCs.
To further highlight the above objective, SEZAD held a workshop on 10 and 11 September at SEZAD’s HQ in Duqm for Project Owners and their Main Contractors.
