The National Oil and Gas Authority (NOGA) and dmg events are delighted to announce the 2015 Middle East Heavy Oil Congress taking place in the Kingdom of Bahrain from 25-26 November 2015. The Congress provides a regional gathering for global international experts involved within developing both the business and technical heavy oil sector, including upstream and downstream.
