JSRS Buyers Community
The JSRS Buyers Community brings together all the key stakeholders of Oman’s energy and industrial landscape. It includes the Oil & Gas Operators, who play a vital role across the entire value chain — from exploration and production (Upstream), to transportation and processing (Midstream), and refining, distribution, and marketing (Downstream).
Alongside the operators, the community also features Other Industry Buyers and Engineering, Procurement & Construction (EPC) companies across Oman. Together, they form a collaborative ecosystem that drives sustainable growth, supports In-Country Value (ICV), and strengthens Oman’s position in the global energy and industrial sectors.
