The Joint Supplier Registration System (JSRS) is a Supplier Compliance System implemented on behalf of the Oman Ministry of Energy and Minerals as an industrywide procurement system. Today, the JSRS is fast becoming a National Procurement Initiative which is the primary sourcing base of Oman’s Oil & Gas and other major industries’ procurement system.

Since 2014, the Ministry of Energy and Minerals, Oman has made the JSRS Certificate a mandatory requirement for National and International Suppliers bidding for any Tenders or other procurement requests with Oman’s O&G Operators.
