JSRS Certified Suppliers Network (JSRS CSN)
The JSRS Certified Suppliers Network (JSRS CSN) is a unique network consisting of thousands of best-of-breed credibility verified companies, playing an active role in the Procurement action in Oman. The JSRS was initiated by the Ministry of Energy and Minerals, Oman and its O&G Operators.
Since inception, the Joint Supplier Registration System (JSRS) has attracted and certified thousands of Suppliers from Oman and world over, thanks to its online certification mechanism integrating Suppliers directly to the Oil & Gas Operators and Other Industry Buyers.
JSRS Certified Suppliers gain multiple benefits like receiving direct tenders and other business opportunities from JSRS Buyers (from O&G Industry and Other Industries), staying connected to the procurement requirement of multiple industries, being a credible business partner and more.
Certified Suppliers have access to Additional Certifications on JSRS:LCC Certifications and Zonal Certifications. A valid JSRS Certificate is a mandatory pre-requisite for acquiring the Additional Certifications.

Additional Certifications on JSRS - Roadmap
LCC Certifications
The ‘Local Community Contractor’ (LCC) Special Status is for companies operating within the concession areas of certain Operators. The LCC Special Status approval on the Certificate is currently endorsed by Petroleum Development of Oman (PDO), CC Energy Development S.A.L. (Oman Branch) and Occidental of Oman (OXY).
A valid JSRS Certificate is a mandatory pre-requisite for acquiring the Additional Certifications.
Zonal Certifications
Zonal Certifications on JSRS refer to the Buyer-specific accreditations which JSRS Certified Suppliers can apply for.
