When you engage with the BGI portal, staff or any of our authorized representatives, partners, channels, events, the data you voluntarily provide is collected and updated on our CRM system.

If you have signed up from our portal / email or any communication you received from us, OR if you have been referred to us in any manner, you must first visit the update Mail preference form page Update Mail Topic Preferences (Supplier \ Non Supplier) and complete your mailing preferences. You can also visit the above link if you wish to change the topics of emails you receive from us or unsubscribe from our mailing list. Data collected by BGI is not shared with any third party. In the event you are invited to attend / participate or join BGI’s events / programs which is conducted by BGI or BGI along with its authorized partners from time to time, you are required to fill an online Call To Action form (CTA Form) by which you voluntarily share your data to the respective event / program.
By visiting our website, you will be prompted to accept cookies and other features which we use to track the needs of our clients, to serve them better. Communication between you and us on our website will also be tracked and updated on our servers. This is to serve you better; however, you can choose to delete your cookies from your browser anytime. JSRS Users receive transactional data which includes payments reminders, notifications on opportunities and other important information related to their organization. JSRS Users are provided this account by the JSRS Admin of their organization. Unsubscribing or Updating Mail Preferences as mentioned above, will only stop Marketing information from reaching you, and does not apply to JSRS transactional mails being sent to you. To stop receiving any transactional mails from JSRS, you should contact the JSRS Admin in your organization and have your user access amended or removed there. This is controlled by the Terms and Conditions of the JSRS, you can read it here.
BGI sends marketing information or transactional information to emails in our servers, purely for the benefit of organizations. By receiving our emails and reading it, BGI or any of its stakeholders at all levels, stand indemnified from any claim from anyone, notwithstanding any point whatsoever.
