The forum will be organised by the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, Muscat Branch, in coordination and cooperation with the College of Banking and Financial Studies in the Sultanate.
The investment forum aims at highlighting the Sultanate as an attractive investment destination for the Indian businessmen and investment companies, besides familiarising the Indian companies with business and investment environment and the competitive features in the Sultanate.
It also aims at highlighting investment opportunities on various fields in the Sultanate in general and in Duqm Special Economic Zone and other free zones in particular.
During the forum, a number of officials from the government and private institutions will present several working papers and presentations on business and investment environment and available opportunities.
The forum will involve a number of businessmen and representatives of the Indian companies, who represent the elite investment companies and major institutions in India with participation of more than 90 persons, in addition to participation of the Omani businessmen, CEOs of major Omani companies and representatives of Duqm Special Economic Zone and other free zones, as well as the Public Establishment for Industrial Estates (PEIE). — ONA
