Reliable International Automotive (RIA) the dealers for Kia vehicles in Oman, were recently honoured with the Category Excellence Award. Part of the Dealer Excellence Programme, the award is in recognition of Oman being outstanding in application of Kia’s Global Dealer Standards. The award was presented by Kia Motors Company’s Senior Vice President – Sang Dae Kim, Global Experience Division, Seoul.
The focus of this award is mainly towards evaluating the development and performance of Kia Motors Distributor’s infrastructure and its network. Each dealership is evaluated through stringent global standards as per KMC norms and certified. The certification and evaluation includes showrooms, service & parts operations and set ups. Based on the scores obtained at Global level, KMC awards the Network for maintaining the norms.
